HexaCrop is operated by Abderrahim Sibari trading as HexaCrop. HexaCrop operates hexacrop.com and is the data controller for the personal data described here.
Your images are never uploaded
All hexagon cropping, pattern generation and exporting happens inside your browser using the Canvas API. Your images are never sent to our servers and we never see, store or process them.
What we collect
- Account data: email address and login credentials — to create and secure your account (performance of our contract with you).
- Subscription data: plan, status and renewal dates — to give you the Pro features you paid for (contract).
- Support messages you send us — to answer you (legitimate interests).
- Basic technical data such as IP address and device information — for security and abuse prevention (legitimate interests).
Who we share it with
- Paddle, our Merchant of Record, for payments, subscription management, tax compliance and invoicing.
- Our hosting and backend providers, who store account and subscription records on our behalf.
- Professional advisers and authorities, where required by law.
Retention
We keep account and subscription records while your account is active and for as long as needed for legal and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymise them.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Email hello@hexacrop.com and we will respond within one month. If you are in the UK or EEA you can also complain to your local supervisory authority.
International transfers
Our providers may process data outside your country. Where that happens we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions.
Security
We use encryption in transit, access controls and least-privilege practices to protect your data.
Cookies
We use essential cookies and local storage only — to keep you signed in and remember your light/dark theme. We do not use advertising cookies.
