Terms and conditions

Last updated: 2026. These terms govern your use of HexaCrop at hexacrop.com. HexaCrop is operated by Abderrahim Sibari. In these terms, "HexaCrop", "we", "us" and "our" refer to Abderrahim Sibari trading as HexaCrop.

1. Agreement

By using HexaCrop you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.

2. The service

HexaCrop converts images into hexagon shapes and patterns. Image processing happens entirely in your browser; we do not upload or store your images. A paid Pro plan unlocks batch ZIP export and the full advanced editor.

3. Your account

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be of legal age or have authority to accept these terms on behalf of your organisation.

4. Acceptable use

• No unlawful use, fraud, spam, or infringement of anyone's intellectual property.
• No interference with the security of the service (malware, probing, scraping, circumventing limits).
• No reverse engineering, resale, or redistribution of the service.

5. Your images and rights

You keep all rights to the images you process and to the hexagon exports you create. You confirm you have the rights to any image you use. Rights holders can contact us at hello@hexacrop.com to report infringement; repeated infringement can result in account termination.

6. Intellectual property

Abderrahim Sibari trading as HexaCrop retains ownership of HexaCrop, its software, design and branding. Your Pro plan grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service.

7. Payments and subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are set out in Paddle's Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; cancelling keeps Pro active until the end of the period you already paid for.

8. Service level

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance, and we disclaim implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim, and we exclude indirect or consequential loss. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations.
