Refund policy

HexaCrop Pro is offered by Abderrahim Sibari trading as HexaCrop. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. Request one at paddle.net using the email address you purchased with, or email us at hello@hexacrop.com and we will arrange it for you.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel any time from your account page, and no further payments are taken. If you cancel within 7 days of a payment, Pro stops right away and that payment is refunded in full. After 7 days: on a monthly plan Pro stays active until the end of the month you paid for, with no refund; on a yearly plan Pro stays active until the end of the current month and the remaining full months are refunded.
